Although the hotel rooms were far from the main restaurant and the pool, the staff provided a wonderful and truly 5-star service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with big fluffy towels and robes. However, the distance from the swimming pools and restaurants was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony facing the setting sun. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there were some lapses in attentiveness. The location was convenient, close to Abu Tig Marina, and offered beautiful beach views. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being tasty while others fell short. Overall, a decent choice for a relaxing getaway.
The hotel offers stunning views of the lagoons, with rooms that provide a bright and open atmosphere. The staff, especially Suzy, Cloudy, and Mina in the main restaurant, are excellent and very polite. The dining experience at Mediterranean is perfect, but some dishes lack variety and quality. Overall, a beautiful location near downtown and the marina, ideal for a stay in Hurghada and Gouna.
The hotel had spacious rooms perfect for relaxation, but you may need to walk long distances to get to the beach or reception. The location was fantastic with a beachfront view and close to the marina-DT Gouna. The service was extremely professional and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was very good with a wide variety of food, though there were some unusual serving practices. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience with a few minor inconveniences.
